Short version of how we use information you send us.
When you use /app we store your name, email (logged on first submit, even before you verify — that email is your login), business brief, domain request, optional logo and photos, chat notes, and payment/go-live status so we can build and launch your site.
We email your brief to info@thewebsitebuilder.com so the Website Builder can make a real preview and send you the link. We use it to apply the changes you ask for, request go-live, and connect or register your domain. We do not sell your data. Chat edits stay on the preview and are not published to your domain automatically.
TheWebsiteBuilder.com operators see your brief and preview so we can finish the work. Payment is handled by PayPal invoice or PayPal checkout when that is enabled. We do not put payment keys in the browser except a public PayPal client id.
We keep project files while we build, host, or support your website, and for a reasonable period after if Website Care is active. Ask us to delete a draft you no longer want.
We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel on this site so we can measure ads and improve them. It records page views and completed PayPal checkouts. We do not sell your data. You can opt out of Meta ads personalization in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
