Policies

Purchases, refunds, subscriptions, and chargebacks. Last updated August 31, 2026.

All purchases are final

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. We do not issue refunds, credits, or cancellations of amounts already charged. This applies to one-time fees and to subscriptions. Payment authorizes us to perform the work or start the billed period. Asking us to stop work after payment does not create a refund.

Products and fees

The $1 preview build is non-refundable. It is for building a private preview only. It does not include going live, hosting, a public website, or a domain.

The $199 go-live fee is final once paid. It is the one-time charge to launch the website.

Extra website changes are $79 each after the two monthly changes included with Website Care. Each extra change is final once invoiced or paid.

Domain and hosting add-on is $35. Professional business email is $199. Custom quotes are billed as quoted. All of these are final once paid.

Website Care subscription

Website Care is $79 per month. It includes hosting, website security, basic maintenance, and 2 monthly website changes. Each monthly charge is final. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges. The current period is not refunded, credited, or prorated.

Canceling Website Care does not refund go-live, extra website changes, domain, email, or any other fee. After cancellation, hosting, security, maintenance, and included website changes are no longer provided.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Filing a chargeback, PayPal dispute, or bank claim is a breach of these terms. We may immediately suspend the website, hosting, Website Care, and the account. You still owe the original amount plus any PayPal, processor, or bank fees we incur.

We will contest disputes with our records, including the brief, preview, go-live request, invoices, and payment confirmations. A chargeback does not cancel the contract or the amounts owed.

Payment processor and taxes

PayPal is the payment processor. Applicable taxes may be added if required by law.

Service pause

We may pause or suspend the website, hosting, Website Care, and the account if invoices are unpaid, if a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, or if the service is abused.

Preview is not a live site

The $1 preview is a private preview. It is not a live website and is not published to a public domain until the $199 go-live fee is paid.
